Where are the concerts held?
At the Sheely Center for the Performing Arts, located on the campus of Glenbrook North High School, 2300 Shermer Road (north of Willow Road), Northbrook.

Is the auditorium handicapped accessible?
Yes, at the main entrance and from the stage entrance. Handicapped parking spaces are located near both auditorium entrances. Wheelchair spaces are available in the auditorium. Call the NSO office for more information: 847.272.0755.
Are there balcony seats?
Yes, and the acoustics and sight-lines are excellent. However, there is no elevator (55 steps to climb), and there are no restrooms on the balcony level.
What time should I arrive?
For the pre-concert lecture, arrive at about 2:00 for the lecture at 2:30. For the concert, arrive at about 3:30 for the concert at 4:00. Allow extra time if you need to pick up or purchase tickets.
What time will the concerts end?
Usually at about 6:00 pm. There is one 20-minute intermission.
Where can I park?
Free parking is available in several lots adjoining the auditorium on the south side of Glenbrook North High School. Enter on Sherman Drive, at the traffic light. Additional free parking is available in the lot on the north side of Glenbrook North High School and at Maple School, just south of the auditorium.
What if I purchase a subscription, and then can't attend a concert?
Give your tickets to a friend who hasn't heard The NSO, exchange your tickets for tickets to another NSO concert this season, or send us your tickets as a donation a few days before the concert, and we will send you a tax letter.

The Northbrook Symphony is looking to add talented musicians (both core members and substitutes) to its roster of players. These are compensated positions.
