Music heralds the holiday season, and the Northbrook Symphony is presenting two performances on Dec. 4 saluting Christmas and Hanukkah in the divinely resonant chapel at Techny Towers.

The orchestra’s conductor Larry Rapchak has a rare gift prepared for the community — the Northbrook Symphony will present the first ever performance of selections from “The 22 Best Loved Christmas Piano Concertos,” a 1959 album featuring the arrangements of Hollywood composer and pianist George Greeley.
